About The Fitness School

The Fitness School is an organization that promotes fitness into the lives of the community. Some of our programs include an after school enrichment program, FitKid classes, Personal Training, Summer and Spring Break Camps, and Sports Performance Training. Our goal is to encourage people of all levels of fitness to participate in our easy-to-learn classes and get active. We want to engage you in learning about cardiovascular training, strength training, become more flexible and have better balance.
