Be in a position to focus on the sport, rather than trying to catch your breath.
The Fitness School’s Off-Season Program provides a platform to strengthen weaknesses and build power based on stability. Off-season training is the time dedicated by an athlete to learning to move properly, strengthen/build muscle, and work on mobility and strength training. Strength training is a crucial aspect of the development of a youth athlete. Appropriate, structured strength training programs have been proven to help enhance and better prepare an athlete for the physical and mental demands of athletics for years.

Improve speed, power, and agility during the off-season, while implementing sport-specific movements to your regimen. This is the groundwork for improving physical performance for competition. Our Coaches are ready to give our FitKids the competitive advantage they need for whatever sport they play next season!
